South Newcastle Hockey Club ('Souths') is one of the most successful Clubs in the Hunter Region. Fielding a variety of teams in Juniors Men's and Senior Men’s competitions, Souths attracts an array of players of all abilities from across the Hunter Region, as well as interstate and overseas. All are welcome whether you are aspiring to play Premier League or its a social game you are after.
We offer specialist coaching with current and former NSW and Australian Players and Coaches. The Souths Junior Hockey Program has been established to fast-track the skills of players in our Junior Club, assisted by some of our PHL players. Thereby encouraging progression into Senior hockey and player retention.
